Job Purpose:
•To support field application team activities in microelectronic through test package products, MMIC demonstrator assembly and test bench set-up.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
•Perform DC&RF measurements of final packaged products
•Perform demonstrator assembly of high frequency MMIC: Die attached (epoxy or soldering), PCB assembly (DC header, RF connectors, SMT components, ...)
•Assembly of DC and RF cables and connectors
•Generate internal and external reports
•Generate and maintain data for the control of documentation, effectively report information, and accurately respond to questions from team’s members, internal suppliers
•Communicate non-conformances and work with Quality and Manufacturing to drive corrective actions. Ensure all incoming, in-process and final materials meet specifications
• Perform routine SAP transactions to move, disposition, and route material
Key Competencies Required:
•Basic knowledge in RF microwave field
•Knowledge and experience in performing electronic measurement
•Knowledge of devices and RF microwave measurement techniques (noise factor, S parameters, calibration techniques, etc.)
• characterization & knowledge of the main RF microwave active and passive components (LNA, mixers, VCO, coupler ...)
•Contribute to the realization, calibration and troubleshooting of microwave test bench
•Provide support to produce microwave modules of products: analysis of defects and drifts, implementation of corrective actions
•Ability to work from technical drawings, sketches and specifications
•Working knowledge of office tools (Excel and world)
•Safe handling of ESD sensitive materials
•Good report writing skills
•Fluent in French
Previous Relevant Work Experience:
•Minimum 3 years of experience in assembly or electronic fields
Minimum Qualifications:
•Higher education (BAC +2) or a professional license in the electronic or physical measure field or you have experience in the field of electronic or physical measure
•Intermediate level in English
