Meet the Team
The AMS team is responsible for developing and delivering various analog/mixed-signal blocks that are integrated into multiple SoCs, targeted for several projects the team is working on simultaneously. The development of the blocks includes ADCs, DACs, DC/DC converters (buck/boost topologies), comparators, temperature sensors, on-chip sensing circuits, LDOs, GPIOs, etc.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will work in a team of talented, very knowledgeable, and well experienced Analog IC design engineers, while collaborating closely with the cross functional teams including system, layout, lab validation, digital, and board design teams. The end goal is to provide fully validated Analog modules that will be integrated with the Micro Controller Unit (MCU), into a single silicon chip, for multiple projects the team is working on.
Skills You Will Need
- MS. or Ph. D. in Electrical Engineering and 5 - 8 years of experience with a focus on circuit design.
- Knowledgeable on blocks including but not limited to ADC, DAC, DC/DC converters.
- Familiarity with analog and mixed-signal circuits
- Work on Analog circuits and sub-system specifications, design, analysis, and implementation, including schematic capture, circuit simulation, layout supervision, silicon validation, etc.
- Advanced knowledge in signals, systems, and Fourier/Laplace transforms.
- Solid understanding of device noise, mismatch, linearity, and other analog impairments.
- Solid understanding of CMOS process evaluation.
- Competence in circuit simulation, and analysis tools.
- Competence in layout skills, layout verification tools, and parasitic extraction.
- Proficient skills of communication, presentation, documentation, and team playing.

The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $114,428 - $212,510 USD. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location where work will be performed and applicant’s skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus, equity package and a comprehensive benefits package.
