Key to supporting KLA business is the finance team that partners with corporate and global business organizations to provide expertise and guidance for developing and executing sound business models and practices. The Finance organization consists of operations and corporate finance teams. The operations finance team influences business decisions by gathering the best available operations information, distilling it and making recommendations to our management team on the best course of action. The corporate team provides a broad range of services, such as financial planning, corporate accounting, tax, industry analysis and benchmarking, internal audits, SEC reporting and merger and acquisition support.
Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the Operations Financial Planning & Analysis for KLA’s largest manufacturing location.
- Business Partner and advisor to VP of Singapore & SVP of Global Operations and their staff
- Manage financials for multiple Product Divisions manufactured in Singapore
- Key contact point for Division/BU Finance in the US and other locations
- Involved in annual Strategic Planning Process
- Manage the Worldwide Operational Resource Alignment Process
- Provide financial oversight of New Product Introductions, Supplier Analysis, product and location transitions
- Perform analysis of Headcount, COGS, Operational Metrics, Gross Margin and inventory
- Identify opportunities in operational related areas for improvement by participating in:
- Inventory Optimization Review
- Gross Margin Improvement
- Supplier Investments
- Facilitate financial & operational process improvements and standardization opportunities
- Participate in Globalization efforts of manufacturing locations, supplier relocations etc.
- Ensure compliance with Internal Control & SOX requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- 10 years plus of experience leading Finance teams within a multinational business.
- Managerial Accountancy experience
- Proven ability to form, develop and lead high-performing teams.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departmental functions
- Experience in analyzing business performance and developing financial plans within manufacturing environment is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of SAP and practical knowledge of planning and budgeting Software
- Ability to engage in detailed and strategic level discussions
- Able to provide mentoring, coaching and empathy for the team.
