Job Description:
As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to:
- Lead a team of reports, shaping a culture of excellence and on-time delivery through mentorship, example, and direction.
- Provide technical leadership while developing innovative products that will be brought to market.
- Grow and exercise expertise in system level power management and power specific analog and digital circuit design.
- Exercise expertise in fundamental analog and digital circuit design concepts and functional circuit blocks.
- Participate in product development from definition to introduction to the market.
- Guide the entire IC layout process from the creation of a top-level floorplan to the layout of individual circuits.
- Plan and direct IC lab evaluation including the development of any required supporting hardware and software.
- Review all IC evaluation results to ensure product quality and performance meet expectations.
- Work with colleagues in Test Engineering to develop an efficient production test solution that ensures product quality and high production yield.
- Provide clear written and verbal communication to senior management.
Minimum Qualifications:
- BSEE + 10 years or MSEE + 8 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience with multiple IC developments that have been brought to market.
- Excellent organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with power management IC developments that have been brought to market.
- Experience with mixed-signal verification techniques.
- Understanding of digital design flows and associated tools.
