The Photo Process Engineering Manager will ensure the Photo Process Engineering Team is continuously optimizing and sustaining our photo processes to be highly efficient with high yields and low cost. In addition, will closely collaborate with the Advanced Technology Services and Platform Technology Teams to develop new manufacturing processes and capabilities, enabling the next generation of exciting new products to be manufactured at SkyWater.

Responsibilities:

  • We have a great opportunity to develop plans and drive progress on Photo process improvement projects
  • Manage yield with photo process control and lead response to Photo related yield issues
  • Collaborate with technology development to develop scalable technologies for our customers.
  • Lead daily Photo process troubleshooting and management. Will solve complex problems and make appropriate engineering based decisions in a complex manufacturing environment.
  • Ensure effective definition and deployment of Key Performance Indices (KPI’s) and Objectives and Key Results (OKR’s) to ensure operational and enterprise objectives are achieved.

Required Qualifications:

  • B.S., B.A. or M.S. Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering or Materials Science, Physics or other relevant engineering or scientific discipline.
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment
  • Experience with application of structured problem-solving methodology
  • Experience with Design of Experiments
  • Experience with automated fault detection and control systems (FDC)
  • Ability to manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously and shift priorities to meet business needs

US Citizenship Required:This position will require the holding of or ability to obtain government security clearance which requires U.S Citizenship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering or Materials Science, Physics or other relevant engineering discipline preferred.
  • 2+ year of management experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment
  • Experience with Semiconductor Photolithography tools.
