Responsibilities:
·As ADI’s Senior Manufacturing Data Director, you will be responsible for leading the modernization, accessibility, and connectivity of ADI’s manufacturing data.
·Partner with the manufacturing and supply chain organizations to understand their data and analytics needs and develop a strategy and data architecture to address them.
·Work with our internal and external fabs to collect, secure, and syndicate their data to enable new analytics, AI/ML applications, and business process optimization.
·Guide the expansion of our data products and solutions by advising and influencing business leaders and senior stakeholders with data-driven insights.
·Drive cross-domain data connectivity by working with Sales, Finance, and Engineering to integrate the manufacturing data strategy into a cohesive corporate strategy.
·Build scalable data models, drive data ownership, and set up data engineering practices and pipelines to deliver robust, high-quality data products.
·Work with AI/ML teams to enable fast experimentation and deployment of AI solutions, both within manufacturing and across the enterprise.
·Communicate the value of data clearly by articulating both the high-level concept and detailed user stories for feature enhancements and convince teams to adopt data-driven improvements.
Qualifications
·10+ years of experience in engineering, including 5+ years working in data engineering or data management.
·5+ years leading technical teams and managing complex data projects and pipelines.
·We are considering Senior Manufacturing Data Directors and Manufacturing Data Directors for this level of position.
·Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
·Experience with large-scale manufacturing or supply chain processes and the associated data and analytics challenges. Experience in the semiconductor space is a plus.
·Deep knowledge of data ownership, data catalogues, master data management, and unstructured data management (e.g., images, text, etc.).
·Experience defining and managing data products, including ownership of data products through their entire lifecycle.
·Experience with modern data and analytics tech stacks.
·A confident influencer with strong communication skills who quickly establishes credibility and is capable of leading cross-functional teams.
