The Quality Systems team is seeking a motivated professional to provide support to our Environmental Product Compliance group located at ADI’s Dallas office location. This position will support both US and Philippines team members in developing, tracking, and coordinating incoming customer and outreach supplier requests.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Support development of enhanced customer and supplier request system
- Manage daily incoming and outgoing requests and support system improvements.
- Support weekly and monthly analytical reports.
- Maintain and improve existing and support creation of new knowledge-base technical libraries.
Minimum qualifications
- Experience with data analytics and database structure and creation
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics / Teams / Power BI / Sharepoint
Preferred qualifications
- Chemical, Biology, Electrical Engineering fields of study
