Educational Background: College graduate preferably Science, Industrial Technology, Engineering (BSEE, BSME, BSChe, BSIE, BSECE or BSCoE)
Experience: Must have at least 0 - 2 years of supervisory experience in the electronics or semiconductor industry in the field of Quality.
Knowledge, skill and abilities:
- Supervisory skills (Leadership, Communication, Monitoring etc.)
- Knowledge on basic computer processing software such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Knowledge on ISO/TS16949 and ISO14001 & ISO45001 standard.
- Must have problem solving skills and abilities.
- Knowledge on CIP, Kaizen.
- Knowledge on several problem-solving tools such as 8D, DMAIC, FMEA etc.
- Can communicate across organization and different levels.
- Training skills

Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in inspecting incoming materials, in-process, and finished goods to ensure adherence to company quality standards and customer specifications:
- Ensures immediate feedback are provided whenever problem or discrepancy are found and make sure proper disposition are given.
- Accomplishes QC group results by communicating job expectations; planning and monitoring.
- Appraising job results through coaching and counseling.
- Disciplining employees by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
- Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
- Develops personal growth opportunities
- Generate, revise specification necessary for improvement on product realization and quality systems.
- Participates on cross-functional team activities such as:
- Problem resolution through 8D approach
- Preventive actions activities like FMEA, PPA or similar methodologies
- Improvement initiatives on cost, quality, service, etc.
- Others...
- Generates various reports that would show the current and past performance, identify improvement aspects and continuously monitor it.
- Communicate/ coordinate / respond to personnel on other ADI site on needed information.
- Drives the improvement for QC metrics such as cycle time, hold lots etc.
- Support ESD qualification and monitoring.
- Conduct continuous training and qualification of QC and production personnel.
- Support the organization in passing external audit such as customer audit and certification audit.
- Participate on internal quality system and process audit.
- Support company-wide programs such as 5S, Safety, Environmental initiatives and others.
- Other task as assigned.
