Requirements:
•Bachelor’s Degree in EE, ET, or EMET plus 10+ years in the power semiconductors field or master’s degree plus 5+ years in the semiconductor industry.
•Individual must be able to multi-task as an individual and in team environments.
•Laboratory experience with power semiconductor products (IGBT, Diode, MOSFET etc.) required.
•Individual must have excellent problem-solving skills.
•Individual must have excellent organizational skills.
•Must have excellent communication skills verbal as well as written (English).
Preferred Qualifications
•Experience in performing high current analog circuit design
•Experience developing complex software applications in NI LabVIEW
•AutoCAD experience for documentation of designs
•Should have a strong understanding of device and package failure analysis techniques
•Should have a strong understanding of Power and Thermal calculations.
•Experience developing embedded control systems.
•Strong understanding of high current power delivery (50ADC-2000ADC).
•Interested in bringing the most advanced Power Semiconductors to the Automotive Industry.
