Responsibilities:
As part of the global sales & marketing organization for automotive, work effectively across departments to drive demand creation and revenue growth.
Working independently as part of GC Auto sales force to achieve team & individual business goal – grow revenue & gain market share.
Serve as the lead point of contact for all assigned customers’ account management matters
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationship
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Working with cross-region/cross-function teams of NXP
Provide regular sales forecast & report
Requirements:
Bachelor/Master degree in EE preferred;
Knowledge of software and hardware embedded system
Knowledge of automotive electronics preferred
Good listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Good verbal and communication skills in Chinese/English
Familiar with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Frequent domestic travel required
