Responsibilities:

  • As part of the global sales & marketing organization for automotive, work effectively across departments to drive demand creation and revenue growth.

  • Working independently as part of GC Auto sales force to achieve team & individual business goal – grow revenue & gain market share.

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all assigned customers’ account management matters

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationship

  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives

  • Working with cross-region/cross-function teams of NXP

  • Provide regular sales forecast & report

Requirements:

  • Bachelor/Master degree in EE preferred;

  • Knowledge of software and hardware embedded system

  • Knowledge of automotive electronics preferred

  • Good listening, negotiation and presentation skills

  • Good verbal and communication skills in Chinese/English

  • Familiar with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Frequent domestic travel required

  • Be proactive, self-motivated, be a good team member
