To work with the International Human Resources team providing support to Cork and the International locations. The intern will gain practical experience in Human Resources information systems (HRIS), recruitment and general HR administration.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
•Recruitment administration including scheduling interviews and reference checks.
•Assist in the on-boarding of new hires
•Support on key HR projects
•Create, maintain and regularly update all personnel details on employees files
•Provide support to the Health & Safety function on site as needed to ensure legal obligations are met
•Provide reports and administration support as required
•Other ad hoc duties as required to ensure the efficiency of the International Human Resources team.
•Full training and mentoring will be provided for the intern
